Rhiannon Roze

Rhiannon Roze is a 100% independent and internationally renowned DJ, Producer, Artist, Writer, Vocalist, and Performer.  She grew up in Vancouver, BC, Canada but currently resides in Los Angeles, California where she studies music production at Matrix Sessions and collaborates with BPM Supreme.  From time to time, we are able to book Rhiannon Roze for special events.

Rhiannon produces her own original tracks from start to finish; lyrics, vocals, mixing, and mastering included.  Famous for rocking crowds with her explosive live sets and magnetic stage presence and after a decade of experience on the decks, she was named Canada’s #1 female DJ (as DJ Rhiannon/Cheri Poppinz) by multiple publications.

Official Global DJ Rankings credits Rhiannon as being “a trustworthy DJ delivering an impeccable performance at every event.” DJ Mag Canada featured Rhiannon alongside Hardwell and Max Graham in a generous 4-page spread. Clubkillers invited Rhiannon to be the first female DJ in the world to have a mix featured on their infamous Clubkillers Radio Podcast.  The National Film Board of Canada shot a documentary about Rhiannon called “Rock The Box“ which toured film festivals in North America before its release on the NFB website.

Rhiannon has toured extensively throughout the world and most frequently DJs in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Japan. Top venues that Rhiannon has DJ’d at multiple times include TAO and Marquee in Las Vegas, Vanity (V2) and ELE in Tokyo, Academy and Avalon in Hollywood, Mandala, Dady’O, and Palazzo in Cancun, and Palladium in Acapulco, amongst hundreds of others.  Rhiannon has opened for some of the best DJs and artists in the world including Tïesto, Deadmau5, Steve Aoki, R3hab, Chris Lake, Kaskade, Nero, Krewella, Benny Benassi, Sharam, Max Graham, Morgan Page, LMFAO, Pitbull, Waka Flocka, Riff Raff, EC Twins, Marco V, Stonebridge, Klaas, Pauly D, and more.

​Rhiannon’s DJing style is high-energy, interactive, and fun.  She plays exciting sets that inspire people to be in the moment, dance, and forget the rest. She is one of the most versatile DJs in the world, spinning everything from House, Bass, and Trap to Top 40, Mash-Up, Latin, and Hip Hop. Whatever is going to move the audience is what she’s playing.  Such versatility in both style and skill has made Rhiannon a popular DJ amongst a wide variety of party-goers, from mainstream music lovers to underground house music fans.  She knows what people want on the dance-floor and she delivers it with a smile.  Her goal is to bring this dynamic level of skill and personality to the music industry worldwide.  Having learned how to DJ using vinyl and turntables for the first eight years of her career, Rhiannon is able to spin all genres by ear.  She mastered Serato on the side but prefers to show off her mixing skill by using minimal technology – just a USB flash drive and a couple of CDJs, no laptop required.

A true professional and crowd-pleaser, Rhiannon never pre-plans her sets or plays the same set twice. She treats each show like a unique experience and taps into the style and mood of each audience that she performs for in the moment.  She selects tracks on-the-fly, mixes seamlessly, and speaks live on the mic to engage people.  With her infectious positive energy she casts a spell on the room, drawing ears, eyes, and hearts to the stage for an unforgettable show.  Repeat business is Rhiannon’s specialty; once a venue experiences her live show, they always invite her back. Beyond her global DJ residencies and extensive touring within the USA, she boasts repeat shows at the following nightclubs: Palazzo and Blue Parrot in Playa del Carmen, Xtine and Strana in Puerto Vallarta, Lobby and Cintermex in Monterrey, Club Muzique in Montreal, Uniun, Cube, Aria, and Gravity in Toronto, Union Hall and Knoxville’s in Edmonton, Gossip, The Red Room, and Bar None in Vancouver, Allure on George in St. John’s, Knoxville’s in Calgary, along with many others. Rhiannon has also DJ’d in England, Australia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Indonesia, Jamaica, Tahiti, and Hawaii.

Besides being a successful DJ and Producer, Rhiannon is a talented Voiceover Actor at Dean Panaro Talent and a scholarship and award-winning Academic with a Double Major Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of British Columbia and a membership to The Golden Key International Honour Society. Rhiannon has British and Canadian citizenship and resides as a legal permanent resident in the United States of America.  Rhiannon is bilingual by education, fluent in English and Spanish. Rhiannon appeared in the hit TV series Smallville and has been featured on Fashion TV, Juice TV, B-Real TV, Club District TV, and The Fab Femme. Rhiannon has also been featured in numerous magazines including DJ Mag, VanCity Buzz, and Playboy Magazine as an Official Playmate & Covergirl.  As if that isn’t enough, Rhiannon also finds time to be a Healing Arts Practitioner and Yin Yoga Instructor who also volunteers at two non-profit organizations: a healing center in Peru called Sinchi Runa a women’s center in Van Nuys, California called Journey Out.
